PROPERTIES / BENEFITS

  • Non-water-miscible cooling lubricants for the undiluted use with the forming of non-alloy steels, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.
  • Ideal for the processing of parts, also with a material thickness of approx. 2 - 8 mm
  • Evaporation of the cooling lubricant without forming stains
  • Corrosion protection by a remaining oil film
  • Can be used universally in central systems as well as separate machines
  • Application of the cooling lubricant on the workpiece and tool can be conducted by immersing, spraying, rolling or by hand
  • Residue-free evaporation

APPLICATIONS

  • Processing of iron and non-ferrous metals
  • Particularly well suited for the processing of aluminium alloys
  • Can be used universally with all cutting and non-cutting machining processes
  • Can, amongst others, be used for bending, punching and deep-drawing of sheet metal as well as for cold heading, reducing and thread rolling in solid material. Moreover, it is also suitable for drawing profiles made of aluminium and non-ferrous metal
